Update
it’s been a while since I did an overal update on my fitness tracking as well a general update of what’s happening with me. So here it is. I had surgery to fix a herniated navel. This Friday will be three weeks and I can start riding again. I am looking forward to riding and getting back into the gym. I picked up a book on cycling anatomy that is full of exercises that relate directly to helping out on the bike.
